Firstly - I'm not a 'coffee fundi', but needed a Moka (gas stove) due to ongoing power outages.
Moka for 2 'mugs' coffee, not espresso!
I note the 'depth' of the water tank is ± 98mm, but the reach of the funnel is only 90mm.
This means ± 8mm of water will always lie in the bottom of the water tank!
Me measuring a 250ml mug of water wasn't filling my 250ml mug, because of this 8mm difference.
I now compensate for this ± 180 ml that does not percolate out.
(Funnel pipe could have been ± 5 mm longer...)
Otherwise I'm very happy with this 'big' mugga cuppa Moka!
