Product availability Coffee

All coffee is roasted per order to enable maximum freshness and therefore enjoyment. Coffee orders will be roasted and dispatched when payment is validated / received. From receipt of payment please allow two working days plus shipping time.


Time of delivery is dependent on stock availability. Should stock be available, orders will be dispatched the same day that payment is validated / received.

Should the product be unavailable, Bean There Coffee Company will contact you directly with a delivery time estimate.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously; however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Bean There Coffee Company will contact you directly with a revised delivery schedule.

All orders finalized after 12h00 (CAT) on Fridays will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms and Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all Terms and Conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact Bean There Coffee Company before making any purchase for any product or service through this website.


Free Delivery to all major cities for orders over R300.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. For EFT’s this means that we cannot process the order until the funds have cleared in our account (which is normally the next business day).

Export restrictions

Because of the costs involved in transporting great distances shoppers outside of South Africa are requested to please contact Bean There on +27 87 310 3100 and we will discuss your request and do everything in our power to accommodate your order.

Refunds/Returns Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.

You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Bean There Coffee Company recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.International customers should make use of a courier that offers:

  1. Shipment tracking.
  2. Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

If you order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us via email coffee@beanthere.co.za or call +27 87 310 3100. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST, Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Payment Options and Pricing

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).

Bean There Coffee Company endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax (VAT) and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

Bean There Coffee Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Should Bean There Coffee Company reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.

Credit Card

MasterCard and Visa credit cards are accepted.

If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online in “Your Account” available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that Bean There Coffee Company utilises a secure payment method provided by Virtual Card Services, and that payments may be reflected on your bank statement as “Virtual Shop” and not “Bean There Coffee Company”.

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

Select the option to pay via EFT when ready to checkout and finalise your order. You will need to load Bean There Coffee Company as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order ID as the reference for your payment. Orders will be processed and shipped once funds have cleared in our account (which is normally the next business day).

Direct Deposit

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It’s exactly the same as doing an EFT payment, except you’ll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Proof of payment must then be e-mailed to coffee@beanthere.co.za to confirm your order.
